How can a Speech Pathologist Help?

Kids In Motion Speech Therapy supports children and families across the Macarthur and Wollongong areas to find their voice and strengthen communication. Our team provides communication and hearing screens (for children aged five and older), as well as assessments for speech, language, fluency and stuttering, voice, and social communication. We also offer swallowing assessments for children aged three and above, with infant services coming soon. From tailored reports and diagnoses to individualised therapy plans, we make sure every child receives the right support. For children who stutter, we provide the Lidcombe Program, and we create home programs so families can continue progress between sessions.

We believe in working closely with families, schools, and health professionals. That means advocating for clients when needed, communicating with GPs, paediatricians, and specialists, and even offering second‑opinion assessments. Therapy can take place in our clinic, at home, or at school, and we also provide education and training for schools, organisations, and businesses.

At Kids In Motion, you’ll also find occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, personal trainers, massage therapists, podiatrists, and psychologists under the same roof. With your consent, we take a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring your child has access to the right mix of support. We understand how vital communication skills are.
